THE DESIGNER

Elizabeth Camilo is an architect, and for more than 10 years she has dedicated herself to interior design.

After completing her architecture degree in Santo Domingo, she specialized in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and had the opportunity to travel throughout South America, where she learned about and understood how other cultures value and promote their artisanal production through design.

Thus, the idea for Cabuya - Casa Market was born from the desire to highlight the cultural richness of the Dominican Republic by creating objects that would embody her passion for art and design since she was a child.
